TiiCKER makes it secure and seamless to connect your brokerage accounts containing individually owned stocks to validate ownership for shareholder perk qualification. There are 100s of brokerages supported including Schwab, ETrade, Robinhood, Webull, Questrade, Fidelity, Interactive Brokers, Tradier and many more via Plaid, Snaptrade and other integrations. At no point in time does TiiCKER ever have access to your credentials. You are always in complete control. Security is our #1 priority!

Yes! All infrastructure is hosted in enterprise-grade Amazon Web Services, using best practices for networking.

TiiCKER user management is built upon Auth0, and we never touch usernames and passwords.

Authentication uses OpenID Connect, and is considered as secure as it gets. When integrating with brokerage information, TiiCKER securely leverages Plaid and Snaptrade, so we never have access to any institution credentials either.

We partner with data security leaders such as Auth0 for password protection and Plaid to validate all brokerage institution credentials. Security is #1. TiiCKER’s access to users’ brokerage accounts is strictly limited. It only validates holdings to check available investor benefits, without any access to usernames or passwords. You are not giving any information about your credentials to TiiCKER. Once your brokerage is connected, TiiCKER only has the ability to validate holdings to connect you with perks you qualify for based on those holdings.

There are many shareholder rewards available already with more being added regularly. You are in complete control and have the ability to disconnect your brokerage account at any time.

TiiCKER makes it seamless and secure to connect 100s of brokerages to discover shareholder perks you may qualify for based on your connected stock portfolio. Security is #1. At no point in time will TiiCKER ever have access to your username or password. Therefore, you cannot place trades with TiiCKER directly. Clicking any trade button on TiiCKER opens your selected brokerage website where you may choose to leave the TiiCKER site and initiate a trade. All transactions are executed via a secure connection with  your brokerage account, not TiiCKER.

Nope. None. Nada. TiiCKER doesn’t take a dime from individual investors. It’s our corporate partnerships, advertising revenues, and private investments that keep the lights on and coffee strong. Of course, we recommend you review the terms of your personal brokerage accounts for any fees they might charge.

There are many brokerage options to select from including Robinhood, Tradier, ETrade, and TD Ameritrade. Once you have your brokerage account created and own some stock you may qualify for shareholder perks. TiiCKER is focused on providing secure integration and access to popular self-directed brokerage accounts. Accounts managed by registered investment advisors or that are non-supported, employee-sponsored retirement accounts may not be able to link or trade via TiiCKER at this time. Rest assured that the TiiCKER Team is doing all it can to provide as many services to as many investors as possible.

By design, TiiCKER is not a registered brokerage firm or registered investment adviser. Therefore, it cannot operate in this capacity. Just know that as you navigate the vast investment landscape, TiiCKER is a resource along the way — think of us more as an outfitter than a Sherpa.

Visit InteractiveBrokers.com and login in with your account credentials. Then follow these steps.

1. Click your user name in in the global navigation and click 'Settings'

2. Under 'Account Reporting' click 'Third-Party Services'

3. Click the checkbox beside 'Plaid' and take note of the "TOKEN" and "QUERY ID".  

4. Return to TiiCKER.COM and go to your My Accounts page where you are attempting to connect Interactive Brokers.

5. Follow the workflow to select Interactive Brokers via the Plaid interface using your Interactive Brokers username and password.

6. Enter the 'TOKEN' and 'QUERY ID' as they appeared in your InteractiveBrokers.com 'Third-Party Services' section.

1. Log in to your Ally account on the Ally website.

2. In the menu bar, navigate to Tools > Ally Invest API > Manage Applications.

3. Click 'Create a new application' and make a 'Personal Application.'

4. Fill out all the fields, then click 'Create.'

5. Return to 'Manage Applications'.

6. Locate the app you just created under 'Developer Applications,' and open it.

7. Copy the API tokens: CONSUMER KEY, CONSUMER SECRET, OAUTH TOKEN, and OAUTH TOKEN SECRET and enter these values when you sync your account using Plaid at TiiCKER.COM"

We know how tough it is to wait for something you’ve earned and apologize for any delay. Fulfilling a perk through TiiCKER typically takes two weeks on average. When conducting a trade, it can sometimes take several minutes before the transaction syncs to the My Stocks page. You may click the refresh button to force an update.
